We offer low to no cost shipping on most items in the Domestic US.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship test kits internationally. Most of our other products can be shipped outside the Domestic US however.

  • All opened items qualify for a full refund if you request a refund within 30 days of purchase.  

  • All unopened unexpired products qualify for a full refund *for up to 3 months from date of purchase.

  • Your customer service representative may require you to return any products for which you are requesting a refund.

THORNE® returns:

To return or exchange a product that you purchased from THORNE®  or from a health-care practitioner, please call our Customer Service Department at 800-228-1966 or email support@thorne.com to receive specific instructions on returns and exchanges. 

Nature’s Sunshine Products returns:

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the unused portion of a product for a full refund. To return such or any damaged products, please call Customer Support (801.614.7204) to set up your return shipment. All order numbers should be marked clearly on the outside of the package. Boxes returned to NSP without a visible order number will not qualify for a refund and cannot be returned to the sender.
