1. Is my genetic information safe?
Your genetic information is block chain encrypted on the back-end. Our lab only sees the accession number associated with your kit. Once the lab releases your information to us the accession number is matched to your test registration on our e-store site. Your data is only visible to us and to you. All genetic material retained by the lab is disposed of in accordance with local and federal guidelines.
2. Are the test kits refundable?
Unfortunately the test kits are not refundable if they have been opened. We will consider one-off requests for kits that are returned to us in original condition with seals in tact.
3. Do you guarantee your supplements?

4. What happens if my kit gets lost in the mail?
If you do not receive word that your kit has arrived at the lab or that it has arrived at the lab but you have not received notification that your results are ready in a reasonable amount of time (7 days for mailing to the lab and 7-14 days for the lab to process your kit), reach out to us and we will work to get it resolved ASAP.
